These terms govern your use of Snap Tool Suite ("the Service"). By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
Snap Tool Suite provides online calculators, generators, checklists, and planners. Tools are available to use for free. A free account unlocks downloading, saving, and sharing your results. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) add branding removal, custom colors and logo, and unbranded embeds.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access other users' data; resell or redistribute the tools except as permitted by a paid embed plan; or use the Service for anything unlawful.
Billing & subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change; we'll give notice of changes that affect your renewal.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll try to make it right.
Embeds & branding
Free embeds display Snap Tool Suite branding. Paid plans may embed tools without our branding, using your own colors and logo, subject to your plan's site limits. You're responsible for the content of the sites where you embed our tools.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Snap Tool Suite and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools per these terms and your plan. Results you generate from your own inputs are yours to use.
Disclaimers
The tools provide estimates and general information for convenience and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verify any important figures independently before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap Tool Suite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service and its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
