What it does
Pour cost is the bar's version of food cost — the metric that tells you whether each drink is priced to make
money. Enter the bottle price, bottle size, and pour size and
this calculator gives you the cost per pour, the pour cost % at your drink
price, the gross profit per drink, and — from your target pour cost % — the
suggested drink price. A color gauge shows where you land against the 18–24% bar target.
How to use it
Enter the bottle price and pick the bottle size (or enter ounces).
Set the pour size (tap a preset: 1.5 oz shot, 2 oz double, 5 oz wine).
